What we sell
Custom busts are made to order from your photo and the details you give us, so they are personalised items. Ready-made busts and figures (breed busts, character busts and full dog figures) are made from our designs; they become personalised if you ask for a name on the base.
The free preview picture is a mock-up created with AI, used as a guide to build your 3D model. It is a close approximation, not the final 3D model. The free 3D preview shows the exact shape we print. Every bust is hand painted, so colour and paintwork will differ a little from any preview, and small layer lines from 3D printing are part of how it is made, not a fault.
Before we print a custom bust, we email you its 3D model. Nothing is printed until you approve it or ask for a change.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds and include everything shown at checkout, including postage. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order; we never see or store your card details. The free preview and free 3D preview cost nothing and there is no obligation to order.
Cancelling and returns
Custom and personalised busts: because each one is made specially for you, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply once we have started making it. If you change your mind before you approve your 3D model, contact us and we will refund you, less any costs we have already had to pay.
Ready-made busts and figures without a name: you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email, then post it back within 14 days in the condition you received it. We refund the price and the original postage within 14 days of getting it back; you pay to send it back.
None of this affects your legal rights: if your bust arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will repair, remake or refund it.
Delivery
We post to UK addresses with Evri and email you a tracking link when your bust is on its way. We usually post within 5-7 days of your order (for a custom bust whose 3D model you had not seen before ordering, that time starts when you approve it). This is an estimate for making your bust, not a promise of a delivery date, because delivery times after posting are up to Evri. The bust is yours, and your responsibility, once it is delivered.
Product safety and care
- A decorative ornament, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14. Keep away from young children and pets: it can break into small, sharp pieces that could be swallowed.
- Made from PLA plastic, a plant-based 3D-printing material, hand painted with acrylic paint.
- Keep it away from heat above 40°C. PLA softens and can bend when warm. Do not leave it in a car, on a sunny windowsill, near a radiator, fire, oven or other heat source, or in a dishwasher.
- Indoors only. It is not waterproof, so keep it dry and out of the weather.
- Not for food or drink, and not to be chewed or put in the mouth.
- Cleaning: dust with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Do not use water, solvents or cleaning sprays, which can damage the paint.
We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, water, dropping or misuse after delivery.
Your photo and our adverts
Only send photos you took or have permission to use. We use them to make your preview and order, as described in our privacy notice.
When you order, you allow us to use pictures of your dog (from the photo you sent) and of your finished bust in our gallery, adverts and social media, as long as only your dog or the bust can be seen and nothing identifies you: no people, faces, names (other than your dog's), addresses, house numbers or car number plates. We crop or blur anything like that out. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing us, and we will not use them in anything new.
Our designs
The ready-made designs are made under licence from their designers, and the 3D models we make for you are ours. You are buying the finished bust for your own use: please do not copy, scan, reprint or resell it.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so.
Problems
Get in touch first and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
