Is it safe for children and pets? How do I look after it?
Each bust is a decorative ornament, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under 14. Keep it away from young children and pets, as it can break into small pieces. It is made from PLA plastic and hand painted, so keep it indoors, dry, and away from heat above 40°C (cars, sunny windowsills, radiators). Dust it with a soft dry brush or cloth. Can I delete my photos and data?
Yes. Delete single previews or your whole account from My account, or ask for a copy or deletion of everything we hold from our privacy notice.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You get two free previews, so you can try different photos. You only pay if you decide to order.
What makes a good photo?
A clear, well-lit picture with your dog's face fully visible and looking roughly towards the camera. Avoid very dark photos or ones where the face is blurry or hidden.
Will it look exactly like my dog?
The free preview is a mock-up that we use as a guide to build your 3D model, so it won't look exactly like your finished bust. Painted busts usually look even better than the preview. For the exact shape, request a free 3D preview: it is 100% accurate to the shape of the bust we print. Your bust is then hand painted, so the colour and paintwork will differ from the preview. Nothing is printed until you have seen and approved your 3D model.
How do I get a free 3D preview?
Make your free preview, then press "Request my free 3D preview". We email you a link in about 5 minutes. The 3D model is made when you click that link, and you can turn it round on screen. It is free, with no obligation to order.
How long does it take?
We aim to post your bust within 5-7 days of your order. If you have not watched your 3D model before ordering, that time starts when you approve it. After posting, delivery with Evri is usually a few days.
Do you make busts of a breed, without a photo?
Yes. Choose from over 100 breeds on our standard breeds page, from £9.99. They are ready-made designs, 3D printed and hand painted in your colour.
What colours can I choose?
Gold, silver, black, white or stone white. Your bust is hand painted in your chosen colour after it's made.
Why is the preview grey, and where's my dog's name?
The grey preview lets you judge the shape and likeness, without colour getting in the way. Your dog's name isn't shown on it. We add the name when your bust is made, and hand paint it in the colour you choose.
Can I return it?
Because every bust is personalised and made to order, it can't be returned for change of mind. If something is faulty or not as described, get in touch and we'll put it right.
